Polarized sunglasses. Sunscreen (lotion, not spray). Whatever you want to eat or drink.

How long will we be out?

8 hours for a full day

How long does it take to land a tarpon?

Depends on the size. A small tarpon could be landed in 10 minutes. A larger tarpon may take up to an hour.

Do I have to buy a fishing license?

No. You are all covered under my captains license.

Can someone come on the trip if they're not fishing?

Yes, of course! However, they still count against the total number of people on the boat though.

Cash preferred. I also take checks, venmo, and credit card. However, there is a 4% credit card fee

Moning trips / full day trips generally start early, around daylight. ALL TIMES ARE ON EASTERN TIME ZONE

Depends on the tides, the winds, the tarpon migration. Generally either Mexico Beach boat ramp, Frank Pate Park, Indian Pass Campgrounds. We will discuss this the night before

Eastern. Be careful, your phone will flip flop back and forth depending where you are staying.

Do we pay a deposit?

I do not take deposits. I like to think that people will have the respect not to cancel on me.

When will I know where and when we are meeting?

I like to touch base with customers the night before the trip. Florida weather and winds are very unpredictable, so waiting until the night before gives us the best chance to choose the right location and timeframe.
